Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Arbitration Manager - NSA Informal Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results. As a Manager NSA Informal Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives
- Implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Allocate resources effectively
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company objectives
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Open Negotiation (ON) and Independent Resolution Despite (IDR) process, preferred.
- Knowledge of No Surprise Bill Act (NSA), preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Creating and developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Intermediate to Advanced excel, recommended
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Visio
Education and Experience
- Associate degree or higher education, preferred, but not required
- 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management or other relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
