About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Solutions Manager (TPM) to serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and our cross-functional technology teams. In this role, you will take high-level business requirements and translate them into actionable, well-structured execution plans - then drive those plans to completion by coordinating across multiple engineering and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Planning
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document high-level requirements, translating them into detailed technical workstreams and project plans.
- Break down complex initiatives into clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines across all contributing teams.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Regular status meetings with cross-functional technology teams including Product managers, engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Serve as the central point of contact and communication hub between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure each team has a clear understanding of their scope, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Project Execution & Oversight
- Own and maintain the overall project plan, keeping it current and accurate as conditions evolve.
- Proactively monitor progress across all workstreams, holding teams accountable to their commitments and escalating issues when necessary
- Track and report on project health, milestones, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders on a regular cadence.
- Drive resolution of cross-team blockers and conflicts to maintain forward momentum.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Set and manage expectations with business stakeholders regarding scope, timeline, and delivery.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing detailed project plans.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an enterprise technology environment.
- Familiarity with software engineering concepts and modern development practices.
- Experience with RAID logs and dependency mapping across large programs.
